Cool, delicious and so easy to make. This pie is kept in the freezer until you’re ready to serve it. It’s the perfect make ahead dessert for summer and winter holidays or a “just because” treat.
Frozen Strawberry Cream Pie
Let’s Talk About The Recipe:
I used a graham cracker crust made in a deep dish pie plate, perfect for the pie! The key to this recipe is keeping all the pie ingredients chilled before making it. Just measure the ingredients out and put them in the fridge to chill, take them out one by one as you need them to make the recipe.
- place the graham cracker crust in the fridge after you make it to get it cold.
- The whipping cream should be chilled before you whip it and placed in the fridge after it’s whipped while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- chill the sweetened condensed milk, either place the can in the fridge or take it out of the can and place in a bowl in the fridge so it’s ready.
- 1 1/2 cups pureed strawberries, you can use frozen pureed strawberries that have been thawed placed in a bowl and put in the fridge to keep cold or use fresh pureed strawberries with 1/4 cup sugar added to them and put in the fridge to chill
- 4 ounces cream cheese, chilled

Frozen Strawberry Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1 nine-inch graham cracker crust made in a deep dish pie plate
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 14- ounce can of sweetened condensed milk well-chilled
- 1 1/2 cups pureed frozen strawberries in syrup or fresh strawberries with 1/4 cup sugar added to them
Instructions
- Make sure the ingredients and the pie shell are well-chilled.
- 1. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Set in the refrigerator to keep cold.
- 2. Whip the cream cheese. Beat in the condensed milk and strawberries.
- 3. Gently fold in the whipped cream. Pour the filling into the pie shell. If the filling ingredients have been kept cold and you work quickly, the shell should overfill to a slight mound. Immediately stick the pie in the freezer to set. Freeze for four hours or more.
- Take the pie out of the freezer about 10 minutes before serving to allow it to soften slightly to cut. Any leftover pie should be kept covered with foil or plastic wrap and placed in the freezer. It will keep in the freezer for at least a week covered well.
