Cool, delicious and so easy to make. This pie is kept in the freezer until you’re ready to serve it. It’s the perfect make ahead dessert for summer and winter holidays or a “just because” treat.
Frozen Strawberry Cream Pie
Let’s Talk About The Recipe:
I used a graham cracker crust made in a deep dish pie plate, perfect for the pie! The key to this recipe is keeping all the pie ingredients chilled before making it. Just measure the ingredients out and put them in the fridge to chill, take them out one by one as you need them to make the recipe.
- place the graham cracker crust in the fridge after you make it to get it cold.
- The whipping cream should be chilled before you whip it and placed in the fridge after it’s whipped while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- chill the sweetened condensed milk, either place the can in the fridge or take it out of the can and place in a bowl in the fridge so it’s ready.
- 1 1/2 cups pureed strawberries, you can use frozen pureed strawberries that have been thawed placed in a bowl and put in the fridge to keep cold or use fresh pureed strawberries with 1/4 cup sugar added to them and put in the fridge to chill
- 4 ounces cream cheese, chilled

- Take the pie out of the freezer about 10 minutes before serving to allow it to soften slightly to cut. Any leftover pie should be kept covered with foil or plastic wrap and placed in the freezer. It will keep in the freezer for at least a week covered well.

Wow what a feast! You don’t need to drool at other blogs, this food is completely drool worthy. I have a lot of left over ham from Easter and I’m gpoing to make the ham and corn chowder.

That Strawberry cream pie sounds amazingly delightful and such a simple recipe too. Thanks!
The soup, the bread, the pie – each one more tempting than the last. I will try out your soup for sure with some of that leftover ham I put in the freezer. I’m getting sick and tired of ham and bean soup.
Wow, what a meal. It all sounds delicious, and that pie…OMG.
Wow, what a delicious meal. I’m thinking ham chowder is just the ticket. I can’t possibly eat another ham salad sandwich! And the pie–oh boy does that look tempting. The calzone looks good, too. Everything is just YUMMERS!
Okay. I’ve printed all three recipes, but I think the first one will be the pie. I’m craving strawberries. Next will definitely be the chowder, you know, before the weather gets too warm. If I make the sandwich, I’ll have to freeze at least half…oh what a shame to have something in the freezer to throw in the oven on a lazy day!
whoa! that chowder! that fan!! that pie!!! i want it all!!!! it looks delicious 🙂
Your broccoli cheese fan is making my mouth water. Yum!
Everything looks amazing! I especially love the broccoli cheese fan – yum!
I just made a split pea soup with our hambone, but still have ham to use up – the chowder looks delish!
I use smoked turkey carcass as my husband doesn’t eat pork products anymore. The smoked turkey stock with little bits of turkey in it is simply sublime. Rich, delicious, elegant change from normal. I also have made a total vegetarian version that everyone that has tried it loves it. Such a versatile recipe.
I’m confused GrimFix!!
Oh this all looks so very delicious! I LOVE THAT pie. The chowder looks absolutely terrific and I am trying that one!
Everything looks really good!! The soup looks creamy and delicous, and the broccoli fan looks amazing! I think I’m going to have to make that for sure! And the strawberries have been extremely gorgeous-the pie is divine!
