We may love cooking in the kitchen, but do you ever have those very busy days when you’re running low on time but still want a good meal? I have those days. This is an easy pork chop oven recipe. All the ingredients for the pork chop dinner go into the oven together and bake for an hour. With our main dish and one side dish cooking together, all that’s let to think about is another side dish. A quick and easy side salad would compliment the pork chops beautifully. That looks really good! Easy dinner is always a plus, too. I’ve done that same thing with pork loin–it’s such a money saver!
Can this be made in a crockpot?
Cindy I don’t see why not, I haven’t done it but it would work!
I don’t even pan fry the chops….. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, in the meantime, dump your canned beans into your baking dish, place pork chops (bone in or out) on top of beans (seasoning as desired) and place in oven on middle rack. If you enjoy baked potatoes, simply foil wrap 2 to 4 and place directly on rack in oven along side dish, bake for one hour. There you have a complete meal, baked chops, beans and potato …..delicious !!!!!
Thank you Robert!
This is the kind of meal my husband loves. I’m going to have to try it.

Bush’s Baked Beans seems to already have most of the additions in it. Should they still be added?
You can do that Kim, not going to hurt any thing to use Bushes Beans.
