Fruit Dip
There are times through out the year( summer holidays, winter holidays, bbg’s, office parties) when anything can happen and usually does. Impromptu get togethers between family,friends and coworkers to celebrate the holidays, and short notice company will need something delicious to snack on. When those times happen and you don’t have the time or the energy to bake, think about this easy delicious Fruit Dip.
With only three ingredients it’s easy to throw together, but more importantly, your guests will absolutely love it. There isn’t any marshmallow fluff or cream cheese in the ingredient list, this delicious dip is made with sour cream. The dip is cool, creamy and has a very light feel in your mouth. It allows the fruit flavor to come shining through. This one’s a keeper, Enjoy!
Fruit Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar,light or dark you can substitute honey for the brown sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Whisk the sour cream, brown sugar and vanilla together n a medium size bowl. Whisk the sugar in well so there are no lumps.Cover and let sit in refrigerator so the flavors can combine (at least an hour or two or even better overnight)

Hi, I tried your recipe and it was really good! I think though, if you want something a little sweeter, to add 1-2 tsp of sugar. Just a thought.
