Baked Vidalia Onion Parmesan Dip
Vidalia Onions and Grated Parmesan Cheese together in a fantastic easy dip! Oh this is good! Served hot or at room temperature this delicious dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser, I know it was here. Mayonnaise and cream cheese make the dip very creamy while the mild Vidalia Onions , Parmesan Cheese and minced garlic give it lots of flavor. I used 3 medium sized Vidalia Onions in the recipe, if that seems like a lot to you, just use 2 the first time you make it. You can always adjust the onion amount up the next time you make it.
The recipe is baked in a two quart baking dish giving you plenty of dip for holiday parties and backyard BBQ’s. Butter flavored crackers with their slight crisp and salty flavor are the perfect accompaniment to the dip. Or in my case , the perfect vehicle to get this delicious dip to my mouth! Vidalia Onion Parmesan Dip, perfect anytime of the year for any celebration, Enjoy!
