Quick, easy and delicious Roast Beef and Swiss Cheese Sliders would be perfect served at bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties and yes…football parties!
Let’s talk about variations..
Switching the roast beef and cheese out to accommodate likes or dislikes would be very ,very easy with this recipe. The sauce on top of the bun will go well with, turkey or ham as well as it does with roast beef. And the same thing goes for the cheese. Use what you’ve got or splurge, it’s all up to you.
The important and “can’t do without” part is the sauce. It makes this slider. Without the sauce, it’s just a hot sandwich made on a little bun. With the sauce it’s AMAZING! Roast Beef and Swiss Cheese Sliders – the perfect get together and party food, ENJOY!

Oh my – this is the kind of comfort food I have been craving lately! I haven’t made sliders in forever – adding this to my meal plan next week!
Thank you for this recipe! These sliders were a huge hit at our Christmas Eve party with our neighbours – so much that I whipped up a second batch during the party. 😊. Will absolutely be making these again……..and again. Thank you!
WONDERFUL Cris!! Thank you for taking the time to come back and tell me!
Absolutely delicious and easy to do. I got the beef from Costco – the Grass Fed Sliced Sirloin and was yummy. I didn’t put the poppy seed on it as I didn’t have any. I will definitely make this again!!
I’m so glad you enjoyed the roast beef and swiss cheese sliders, thanks for letting us know!
This recipe was terrific for using up the end of my leftover New Year’s eve prime rib. I sliced it thin and instead of poppyseeds on top I used everything bagel seasoning. Turned out delicious!
