Monday morning Paul and I started out for our tip to Virginia to visit my brother Kevin for Thanksgiving. I knew that my brother loved to cook, what I didn’t realize was just how good of a cook he is. For brunch on Thanksgiving Day Kevin made Eggs Benedict and fried potatoes accompanied by Mimosa’s, I was the only party pooper drinking orange juice *Smile*. It was absolutely wonderful !
