Hot Beef Dip
I made Hot Beef Dip as a “just because” treat before dinner for my brother and a friend of his. I was thinking I would enjoy it heated up watching tv later in the evening. It barely made it out of the microwave when my brother came in the house. He tasted it, took half the dip with him to share with his friend, then came back and got the other half! There went my tv snack. But on the brighter side, they were so full I didn’t have to make dinner for them.
This delicious Hot Beef Dip was easy to make with ingredients I already had on hand. After the hamburger and onion are cooked on the stove, it’s put into a microwavable bowl. The other ingredients are added and heated in the microwave to melt the cream cheese together with the other ingredients.
My brother and his friend ate this with a little shot of hot sauce on the dip . I’m sure you’ll find your own way to indulge. Enjoy!

I like making breakfast with my kids. I tend to be a bit of a control freak in the kitchen, though. I often find it best to point them in the right direction, then move to another room of the house until they need help witg something.
I hear you Hannah! When one of my granddaughters was little she use to love to “wash the dishes”. I’d pull a chair up to the sink, put warm water in it with the dish detergent and let her wash dishes that I knew she couldn’t be hurt by (plastic cups stuff like that). I’d put towels on the floor cause the girl did dishes like she was in a hurricane. After she had her fill of washing the dishes I’d mop the floor up from all the water. These are the memories that your going to love when they’re out of the house. Trust me, you’ll look back on it fondly.
