Fresh Spinach Salad with Dressing
1 pound fresh spinach, rinsed and torn into bite size pieces
5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts
1 cup extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1 small onion
Place all the dressing ingredients into a food processor (including the onion), process until smooth, the dressing will be slightly thick. Arrange spinach, chopped eggs, crumble bacon and walnuts on a plate. Drizzle with dressing and serve. Refrigerate leftover dressing.
