You’ll need a pie crust, either homemade or store bought to start with. Dice up 3 cups of peaches and lay them in the bottom of your unbaked pie crust. Whisk together the sugar, flour, salt, eggs and sour cream. Pour the mixture over the peaches.
Peaches and Cream Pie
Ingredients
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie pastry
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter
1 fresh peach, sliced for garnish if desired
Add eggs and sour cream.
Blend well.
Spoon mixture over peaches.
In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, and 1/4 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
A pastry blender works well, but two forks or two knives will also work.
Sprinkle meal mixture evenly over pie.
Garnish with fresh peach slices, if desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.

can this b made with canned peaches? if yes then should i cut out anything in it?
What a beautiful pie crust. I meant to try the blueberry version, but the peach version looks even better. Pinning this one, so I can make it!
Lovely ingredients and a super duper pie – simply delicious

Mahnoor, yes you could make it with canned peaches, I would cut back on the sugar in the filling by about 1/4 cup because of the syrup the peaches sit in.
Debby, I think I like the peach better too! I can’t explain it, it’s just so good!
Mary, thank you Mary! It was so easy to make and it was incredible to boot!

It looks delicious! Mine is in the oven right now! I used all brown sugar vs the white, and added a little vanilla extract, & a sprinkle of cinnamon & nutmeg to the filling as well as a little cinnamon & nutmeg to the topping. I’ll let you know how it turns out. Oh, and I had more peaches so mine has about 4+ cups of peaches.
Diane I bet your add ins made the pie extra delicious! Can’t wait to hear how it went for you!
Absolutely gorgeous! I love the extra touch of the leaves.
So pretty and everyone loved it! Thanks!!
This looks soooo good. We don’t get good peaches here … I won’t even buy them. Do you think that frozen peaches would work?
Unknown, yes but thawed and drained well. Let me know how it goes for you!
Aloha from Hawaii! This looks so delish! Going to make it tonight!
Only thing as a diabetic I am ultra critical of the added sugar to recipes. So after reviewing the ingredients, I was wondering if there is an error in the recipe?
You list One cup total in ingredients, but for the streusel topping you say 1/2 cup sugar and a 1 cup of sugar in the filling base, is this off and could I cut back on the amount in both the topping and the filling say 1/3 cup in filling and 1/2 cup in the filling?
Mahalo/Thanks

Kelena If your peaches are nice and ripe you can certainly cut back on the sugar in the filling sweetie. The 1/2 cup sugar in the topping could be cut back to 1/4 cup as well. Let me know how it goes for!
I made this pie a couple of weeks ago and both my wife and I thought it was a keeper! We both loved it and will make it again. Thank you for the inspiration! 🙏✝️🙏
Thank you Tom
