  • 1 pound skin on or skin off Salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 large lemon, zested reserve the zest, juice half the lemon and reserve the juice
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh Dill Weed, snipped
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh Tarragon , snipped
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, softened


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
    Rinse the Salmon fillet and pat it dry. Using a small bowl combine the lemon zest, herbs, salt and pepper and butter. Stir to combine the ingredients. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon. Place a 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon herbed side down in the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes or until until golden brown. Turn the salmon over, pour the lemon juice over the salmon fillet. Place the pan your preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 3 - 7 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
