Lemon Garlic Hummus


  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup olive oil,depending on how thick you want the hummus
  • one 15 1/2 oz can garbanzo or chick Peas
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice or to your taste
  • 2 Teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt


  • Place the oil, lemon juice, beans, garlic and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Place the lid on and process until smooth.  Transfer to a serving bowl, serve with your favorite dipping snack.
