one15 1/2 oz can garbanzo or chick Peas
3Tablespoonslemon juice or to your taste
2Teaspoonsminced garlic
1/2Teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Place the oil, lemon juice, beans, garlic and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Place the lid on and process until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl, serve with your favorite dipping snack.
