2red baking apples, cored and cut into one inch cubes
1/2cuplight brown sugar
1Teaspoonsalt
1/4 cupapple juice
1/4cupapple cider vinegar
Instructions
Place the shredded cabbage, apple chunks, light brown sugar, salt , apple juice and apple cider vinegar into a large pot under high heat. Stir the ingredients to combine them. Bring the ingredients to a boil and reduce the heat to medium. Cook the ingredients for 25 to 30 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and the cabbage is tender.
