Parmesan Crusted Chicken


  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast, pounded down to thin and cut in half. you can also use 4 chicken thighs or drumsticks with the skin off.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter to drizzle over chicken before baking
  • 1 Egg beaten


  • In a medium size bowl mix cheese, flour, salt, pepper and paprika together. Spread the cheese mixture on a large plate so it's easier to roll the chicken in to coat. Lightly beat egg with milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then coat with cheese mixture. Place in a single layer in a pan and pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour if using chicken thighs or drumsticks. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes if using boneless skinless chicken breast.
