Waldorf Salad

A delicious Waldorf Salad made with a mayonnaise and sour cream dressing to give it a light wonderful flavor.

  • 4 medium apples, cored and cubed
  • 2 Teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries (you can use raisins or dates as well)
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1/3 cup mayonaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar


  • 1. Core, peel and cube your apples. Place in a large bowl and toss with the lemon juice. set a side.
    2. In another large bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar. Mix till well incorporated. Add the nuts, celery, dried cranberries and apples. Fold together and chill until your ready to serve.
