Marinated Cheese Peppers and Olives
Ingredients

olive oil

Cheddar cheese, cubed

large Red Bell Pepper, cut into pieces

black olives

cup
green olives with pimentos

Tablespoon
white vinegar

Teaspoon
dried basil

Teaspoon
dried oregano

Teaspoon
minced garlic
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl, toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Toss gently several times during the marinating time.
