Homemade Antipasto Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh basil , chopped or 1 Tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl, whisk until well combined. Store any remaining dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for future use.
