Orange Balsamic Vinaigrette


  • 1 large navel orange ,zested and juiced
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic,minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil


  • Combine the orange zest,orange juice,balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, salt and pepper into a food processor. Blend until smooth. While the food processor is running add the olive oil into the top of the food processor in a steady stream. until the whole mixture is well combined. Store any leftover vinaigrette covered in the refrigerator.
