Lemon Blueberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
Ingredients

lowfat vanilla yogurt

frozen blueberries

ripe banana,sliced

lemon juice

old fashioned oats, ground in a food processor as fine as you can get them
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor, process until ingredients are well blended and smooth. Place in a tall glass and enjoy.
