Fresh Spinach Salad with Dressing


  • 1 lb fresh spinach, rinsed and torn into bite size pieces
  • 5 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Dressing ingredients

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 small onion, chopped


  • Place all the dressing ingredients into a food processor (including the onion), process until smooth, the dressing will be slightly thick. Arrange spinach, chopped eggs, crumble bacon and walnuts on a plate. Drizzle with dressing and serve. Refrigerate leftover dressing.
