1pound red seedless grapes cut into clusters and left on the stems

1/2cupmascarpone
1 1/2 Tablespoonsspiced or regular dark rum
1 Teaspoonfinely grated orange zest
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475 degrees and position the rack in the center of the oven.
Gently Toss the grape clusters, 2 Teaspoons of honey, olive oil, and salt in a large bowl. Spread the grape clusters on a large rimmed cookie sheet in a single layer. Turn the grapes over halfway through the baking time until they are collapsed, juicy and some what caramelized, about 15 minutes.While you wait for the grapes to roast - stir together the mascarpone, rum, zest and remaining 2 Teaspoons of honey in a medium bowl. When the grapes are done roasting remove the grapes from the cookie sheet to serving dishes. Serve warm with a dollop of the sweetened mascarpone.
