Lemon Blueberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 small ripe banana,sliced
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, ground in a food processor as fine as you can get them

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor, process until ingredients are well blended and smooth. Place in a tall glass and enjoy.
