					<description><![CDATA[loved it. made some additions and just monitored the internal temp of the pork. added in some mushrooms and finished the pan off with a couple handfuls of fresh spinach. Threw in some whole garlic cloves while the chops were cooking. Put some shaved parmesan on top of the chops to melt. Great recipe to start off some inventive modifications too.]]></description>
