This recipe is delicious and came together easily. Thanks to blog site “Bunny’s Warm Oven”, I’ve FINALLY baked my husband a delicious Pineapple Upside Down Cake. His favorite cake but I tried at least 6 or 8 times in the past to bake one from scratch. I swore I would never try again after the last attempt (I set the oven on fire twice and had to clean it twice and the cake ingredients were expensive and the cake tasted terrible. ) He said THIS one is a keeper. I had only one bite from those two massive slices that’s missing -one he ate and the other is in a container to go to work tomorrow with him. FINALLY!!!
