I made this 2 years ago and my family absolutely LOVED them! Now, a question: how do/would these turn out if I refrigerated the dough a day ahead of baking them, OR could I form them into Tablespoon-size balls and freeze the dough? So short on time these days! 🙂

These cookies are divine. This is my go-to recipe for shortbread. I like to mix the ingredients together for 5 minutes or so to get that whipped consistency. It truly makes the cookies melt in your mouth!
