This recipe was terrific for using up the end of my leftover New Year’s eve prime rib. I sliced it thin and instead of poppyseeds on top I used everything bagel seasoning. Turned out delicious!

Absolutely delicious and easy to do. I got the beef from Costco – the Grass Fed Sliced Sirloin and was yummy. I didn’t put the poppy seed on it as I didn’t have any. I will definitely make this again!!

Thank you for this recipe! These sliders were a huge hit at our Christmas Eve party with our neighbours – so much that I whipped up a second batch during the party. 😊. Will absolutely be making these again……..and again. Thank you!
