Hi Tammy,in my opinion it’s to much batter for a loaf pan Tammy. Maybe 2 loaf pans or a loaf pan and some of the mini loaf pans. I haven’t made it in a loaf pan before but i can tell you the batter isn’t going to fit in just one.
