I often bake potato bread and it has always been a hit but no egg in my recipe. Your recipe produced a wonderful crumb and the rolls browned so nice. My oven took under the 20 minute minimum but it may run a bit hot.

Made cinnamon buns too but they are still baking. lol Thinking it will be delicious for pizza dough.

My wife will never trade me in with this recipe.
