This is my favorite marinade that I’ve used for flank steak. I had a 1 1/2 lb steak and halved the recipe. Made plenty.

I use flank steak for making steak fajitas. It a great cut of beef for that. For that marinade, I simply use lime juice and olive oil in about a 1:3 ratio.

In reply to Brandy. That's way to long Brandy. The acidic ingredients in marinades will start to cook the meat. A couple hours is fine.

Stumbled upon this recipe and thought I would give it a shot. The steak came out delicious!!! Really nice flavoring. I used a cast iron grill pan to cook it. Thanks for sharing this recipe ☺️

I think Flank steak is underrated. This is a great marinade.
