I had not had Salisbury Steak for a very long time and had some ground beef to use up. I’m glad I didn’t use it before. It was wonderful. Full of flavor, easy to prepare and my hubby (49 years this week) raved over it. Served with mashed potatoes and Vichy carrots. Family who dropped in too late for dinner polished off what was left and loved it. I have yet to try a recipe of yours, or one you suggested without rave reviews. Thank you.
