Great idea! How about flash freezing the bacon curls on a cookie sheet and then freeze in Ziploc bag so they don’t stick together in the freezer bag? That way you can just pull out the amount you need without having to pry apart.

Great idea, but what I usually do is cook a whole package of bacon at once, use what I want, and then put the remaining cooled cooked bacon in a freezer bag and freeze. The cooked bacon is now available whenever I need it and in whatever quantity I want just by reheating in a pan or microwave without the mess of cooking bacon every time. Sometimes I undercooked some of the slices to have for recipes that require slightly cooked bacon such as bacon and eggs cups.
