LOVE this simple recipe!!! The cake is moist and sweet enough that the frosting is optional, I halved the recipe and baked it for only 20 minutes – it came out perfect. I substituted half of the flour with oat flour and half the sugar with Agave syrup. The juice had to be reduced a bit to balance out the liquid Agave substitution. I was very impressed with this recipe and plan to add it to my rotation. Thanks for sharing Bunny!

What can I say? Pineapple sweet taste and moist, I never imagined it was this easy . cream cheese icing… I love pecan topping, but some friends had but allergy, so I put inputs on half of the cake . This recipe is a winner ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’šโค๏ธ
