I tried your strawberry upside down cake last week (I used a cake mix instead…sorry), but after I started making it, I discovered I didn’t have enough strawberries, so I sliced up some banana, too. It was so good. It tasted like Bananas Foster with a few strawberries! Yummy!

That looks so delicious. The creaminess is just irresistable. It does indeed look like ice cream and you can just feel the texture of it in your mouth by looking at it. I can never resist chocolate.

So the secret to not cracking is the water bath *and* foil around the pan. I will take that advice.
