					<description><![CDATA[Made your Danish Oatmeal Cookies for the fourth time, in the past few months.  We all love these!  So light and airy, you can&#039;t  believe they have oatmeal in them.   I now see that you mentioned using orange extract,  which I will try the next time.  I&#039;m waiting to put a batch into the oven, now.  I added some mini chocolate chips, too.   Thanks for sharing.]]></description>
