This is delicious and a perfect recipe…but didn’t have cream so used half n half and added one of our garden hot peppers and A handful of frozen ramps (leeks)… you gotta try this! Thank you, Bunny for another great dinner.

Did not want to heat up the house in the summer so I made your crock pot soup and everyone LOVED it. Was gone by the next day – great to bring to work too!

The bacon on top of course helps but the creamy soup with chunks of potato simply looks divine.
