I made this lemon chicken recipe recently entirely on the stovetop! Too hot to turn on the oven right now. I used chicken breasts and pounded them flat, Followed all of the other steps, then finished cooking in the skillet. Only took 15 more minutes!

In reply to Barbara Ramm. Well that was my mistake, for some reason I wrote chicken thighs instead of chicken breast. It breasts and I fixed it. Thanks for pointing it out Barbara.

This recipe says to use skinless, boneless chicken breasts. At the end of the recipe it says to cook thighs for 25 to 30mins. Whether we have breasts or thighs, changes the amount of time cooked. Please clarify.
