I&#039;m sorry the spinach turned out that way for you Jerry. It&#039;s never been watery for me. I would imagine that blanching the spinach first before adding it to the mixture would add water to it. You could put the blanched spinach between paper towels to try and get some water off the spinach trying it your way by blanching first but your not going to remove all the water.]]></description>
