What cream do you use? Carnation evaporated milk, can cream or heavy cream , or etc?

Truly the “best ever” broccoli cheese soup we’ve made in this kitchen, and we’ve tried a few internet-found recipes. Family of 7 including autism and 2 picky eaters, and everyone gave it 2 thumbs up. We modified to be gluten free, and used coconut cream as that’s what we had in the pandemic-pantry. Absolutely delicious.

This soup is delicious! I used frozen, then cooked broccoli. I am keeping this recipe and putting it on my rotation!!! Absolutely yummy on a cold, rainy day!
