Great recipe for as there is no thickener needed so is already gluten free. Made the rice in a pressure cooker with the broth then stirred in the cheese and broccoli when it was done. Actually added whipping cream because that’s all we had. Turned out great lots of compliments from the family.

I have been visiting your site for awhile now. Yours is the one I seem to keep navigating back to. This one looks delicious and since I just got a big bag of broccoli from my neighbor I’m going to use it. Btw, interesting little tidbit, I grew up in Sou. Il. My sister lives by the Ohio river.

Very good recipe, had used Velveeta cheese sauce for a short cut, it’s a big hit the hubby. Definitely a keeper.!
