How funny when I saw I had left a comment back in March about these rolls. It was even more amazing that I just made another recipe of rolls today using the hard white wheat. The recipe was very similar to yours, but still different enough to not know how the texture would be using the white wheat for this recipe. Now I want to try it for sure and let it rise 3 times instead of 2. I may just do this this week.
