Maria, I don’t see why it wouldn’t be. OR, make the dressing and don’t put it on the salad until the day you serve. Either way I think it would be fine.

We love our salads and broccoli in particular. The different textures you’ve added to the salad really improves on the eating experience. And besides being delicious — it stores well too. You can’t beat that.
