Oh. My. Goodness! This is delicious So, so easy to make, too. I put these in the oven while we were eating dinner and voila... done in time for dessert. This I’d definitely a keeper for sure. Thank you. I took a picture, but don’t know how to post it

Could I make the custard in advance, store in fridge then assemble just prior to baking and serving?

My grandmother used to make clafoutis all the time. Hers were always cherry, but this lemon blueberry version sounds heavenly. Save some for me.
