These cupcakes are perfect for spring! I love angel food cake but have never thought to make it in cupcake form. I can’t wait to make these for my family!

Oopps!! I forgot to state that in the recipe! I added 2 cups of blueberries that were coated with flour after the batter was made, it was the last thing I did before I put the batter in the muffin tins. I used frozen blueberries but you can use fresh. I like to use frozen berries because they don’t bleed as much in the batter.
