In reply to Lisa. Lisa I use to be afraid of it too! Just make sure the date on the yeast package is current and not expired. Go to Deli Creates and look at her pictures. You're going to do just fine sweetie. And when you have your delicious bread your going to want to kick yourself for not making bread before now. I know I did! Your going to love the bread and yeast!! Please let me know how it goes for you!!

I’ve always wanted to make homemade bread but terrified of yeast. I afraid I’ll do it wrong but I’m going to try this recipe.

In reply to Liz. Liz this recipe makes 2 loaves, would your bread machine hold that much dough? Maybe if you cut the recipe in half you could. I've never made it in a bread machine though.

Would love to try this bread, but, have trouble kneading the dough. I use a bread machine with the dough cycle.
