We always have left over bananas I throw into the freezer, mostly banana bread and oatmeal banana cake so this is an excellent change and yummy too!

Banana Nut Bread is my husband’s favorite quick bread, so I bet he would absolutely love this recipe. I can’t wait to make some. I had not thought to make it like a bar and add some yummy cream cheese icing. Delish!
