It’s so good Stan! I’d like to try one with fruit, nuts and cream cheese. You’d have to whip the cream cheese though and add a little milk and sugar to it but i think it would be good. let me know what you try with fruit,I’d love to hear the combinations you come up with!

This is a great idea. I never thought of combining fruit, nuts and cheese in a quesadilla. We make quesadillas a lot, because they are so quick and taste good. I have them for breakfast; our daughter makes them for dinner. I’ve only made them with cheese alone or with bananas alone – maybe tomorrow I will experiment with the triple combination.
